Lehigh County Brownfields Cleanup Revolving Loan Fund

Minimum/Maximum Amounts

No minimum. Maximum loan is $400,000.

Eligible Activities

Remediation of hazardous substances.

Term & Amortization

Flexible term. Program target is 7-year term,
based upon 10-year amortization with balloon
payment at end of term.

Rate

Flexible rate.  Program target is 2%, low or no interest loans for clean up.

Fees

$1000 application fee, refundable upon loan
execution.  Loan origination fee of 2 points.

Special Notes

In special cases, rate can go as low as 0% and portions of loan amount may be forgiven as a
grant.
This is an environmental clean up program for Lehigh and Northampton Counties only.
