Low interest loans up to $11 million per project for one municipality; up to $20 million for more than one municipality; up to $2,500,000 for design & engineering; up to 100% of total project costs. |
Eligible Activities |
Design, engineering & construction of publicly and privately owned: drinking water distribution and treatment facilities, wastewater treatment & conveyance systems and government sponsored stormwater facilities for acquisition, remediation or assessment of brownfield sites. |
Term & Amortization |
Design loans 5 years, others 20 years typical. |
Rate |
1-3% depending upon the resulting user rates in the community. |

Communities or private firms needing clean drinking water distribution and treatment facilities and/or safe sewage and storm water conveyance and treatment facilities, including pre-treatment facilities. |
