Land & building acquisition; building, construction & renovation; machinery & equipment acquisition & installation; working capital

Term & Amortization

Land & buildings - up to 15 years; machinery & equipment- up to 10 years; working capital - up to 3 years

Rate

50% of prime rate but no less than 4%
