Fees |
$100 for any application up to and including $10,000.00; $200.00 for any application over $10,000.00; $50 collected up front, balance can be financed in the loan and paid at disbursement. |
Loan Processing Considerations |
Start-up business must complete the "Start Your Business" program. Sponsored by the Community Action Development Corporation of Allentown or Bethlehem. Existing businesses need usual loan requirements including credit references, past tax returns, cash flow, etc. |
Special Notes |
Targeted areas: Low income census tracts in Lehigh and Northampton Counties, or low income individuals. |
Job Creation/Retention Requirements |
Encourage job creation from individuals living in targeted area but not required. |
