Eligible Activities	Start-up businesses and existing businesses, unable to secure conventional financing. Businesses need to be located within targeted areas.

Rate	Case by case qualifying basis
Fees	Application fee $100.00
Loan Processing Considerations	Start -up businesses must complete the "Start your business program" sponsored by the Community Action Development Corporation of the Lehigh Valley. Existing businesses- usual loan requirements including credit references, past tax returns, etc.
